The Finals at the Innovation Prize Leipzig 2001

Every year the city of Leipzig awards the innovation prize and honors the best independent product with world market capability. In addition this year there were special prizes for the best value added model, the most successful business establishment from a university and more. Out of 143 applicants only the 12 best succeeded and presented their solutions before a highly qualified jury on October 25, 2001. Nutzwerk presented its patented real-time data filter that is available directly at the internet provider. The following applicants also took part in the final round:
The prize winners were announced at the innovation party on November 12, 2001. Nutzwerk was awarded the special prize for the best value added model New Economy/Old Economy (prize money about 10,000 euros, donated by Roland Berger Strategy Consultants). |
