Forwarding
Agency:
The goods ordered by you will be delivered by Deutsche Post World Net,
UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc.) or FedEx Express. Depending on the
urgency of the order, the place of delivery and the mode of payment,
we will choose the type of dispatch most favorable to you.
Depending
on product availability, the normal delivery periods for our products
are:
– within German approx. 1-3 business days
– within Europe approx. 7 days
– to countries outside Europe approx. 2 weeks
Longer
delivery periods may occur in exceptional cases.
The express delivery period is normally 1-2 business days.
Definition of Terms:
Cash on Delivery:
Parcels and documents dispatched by cash on delivery will be handed
over by the parcel service only against payment by the recipient of
the amount quoted on the consignment, on behalf of the sender. Payment
shall be effected in cash or by guaranteed EC checks (up to DM 400 per
check).
Personal Delivery:
Parcels with the note "Personal Delivery" on them shall only be handed
out to the recipient in person or a person authorized by him/her.
Customs Duties and Taxes:
Customs duties and taxes are not contained in the export data and will
be billed separately for each consignment. For deliveries to countries
outside Europe, Nutzwerk shall pay customs duties up to an amount of
Euro 100. Any customs duties above this amount shall be paid by recipient.
Guaranteed Delivery Service:
The money-back guarantee only refers to the dispatch costs. Customs
clearance for certain commodities and consignments may lead to delays.
In this case this guarantee shall not apply.
Advice of Delivery:
Recipient confirms with his/her signature that he/she has received the
consignment. This confirmation is sent back to the sender.
Express:
Consignments marked with "Express" are delivered by special couriers
in the recipient country or by a comparable service.
Postage Unpaid:
The recipient of consignments with postage unpaid will have the pay
the entire dispatch costs of national delivery. Please note that Nutzwerk
will not accept any consignments with postage unpaid.
