If possible, quote the invoice number of your online order or the license number which was allocated to your during online registration. If you do not have any of these numbers, still try to provide as much information as possible. This will help our service team to find your order.

Please note that Nutzwerk will only deal with orders that were directly handled through nutzwerk.com. If you have bought from a partner, this partner should be the first to turn to if you have any warranty-related questions.

If you cannot come to any solution with this partner, then we will be at your disposal to handle your warranty issues.


Hints to handle Repairs

Repairs during the Warranty Period:
Should your machine become defective during the warranty period, you may request a temporarily hired machine for the period of repair. This unit will be sent to you immediately after we have received your defective unit.


Repairs after the Warranty Period:
After the expiry of the warranty period, you will be charged for repairs and temporarily hired machines. After receipt of the unit, we will provide you with an estimate for the repair costs. The costs for the machine you can hire for this period will be Euro 8.00 per day.

Defect description:
In the packaging of the device you will find a defect description form. In order to keep the period of repair as short as possible, we need your help. Please describe in a few words what defects you noticed with your device, then send the form to the address printed on it.


Return and Cancellation

Fill out the warranty form contained in the product packaging or fill out the following form belowt. We will check your return claims immediately and inform you about the address you should send the product to. Please do not send any products with postage unpaid to Nutzwerk. In the case of product return, we will reimburse the postage to you.
