If possible, quote the invoice number of your online order or the license number which was allocated to your during online registration. If you do not have any of these numbers, still try to provide as much information as possible. This will help our service team to find your order. Please note that Nutzwerk will only deal with orders that were directly handled through nutzwerk.com. If you have bought from a partner, this partner should be the first to turn to if you have any warranty-related questions. If you cannot come to any solution with this partner, then we will be at your disposal to handle your warranty issues.
Fill out the warranty form contained in the product packaging or fill out the following form belowt. We will check your return claims immediately and inform you about the address you should send the product to. Please do not send any products with postage unpaid to Nutzwerk. In the case of product return, we will reimburse the postage to you.
