The difference between a PC operating system and an Internet operating system is that an Internet operating system controls an end device even if software cannot be installed on it, like on mobile phones. When using an Internet operating system, all functions, which outrun the normal bustle, come from a server. The functions can be used with any Internet browser. Installation of additional software on the individual computers is no longer required.
